Area Animal Fun:

June Dairy Days – In most counties in Wisconsin, we celebrate June Dairy Days with either a breakfast on a dairy producer’s farm or a festival celebrating the Dairy products and the producers that spend every day with the animals. June – (Vernon County, Crawford, LaCrosse & Monroe Country the first three weekends of June)

County Fairs – Along with all the rides and food, these fairs wouldn’t be the same without the animals brought from the many farms. June – mid of September (Vernon County, 2nd weekend of September)

Tucker & Becky’s Pumpkin Patch – Due to the August 2018 flood, 2018 offered visitors just a two day benefit event. This year, they are already rebuilding buildings and playful items for kids and adults of all ages.  The site has changed but not the spirit of the fun they give to their visitors remains. Animals were safe on the ridge around their organic dairy farm at the time so no llamas, pot-belly pigs, rabbits and lots of friendly goats were hurt during this historical event.  You can follow them on facebook for updates on the pumpkin patch. Cashton, WI – Open from the end of September – end of October

Norskedalen Nature & Heritage Museum – Norwegian historical settlement is open year round with many events that including Fjord driven wagon rides. Enjoy the day with using many of nature paths to see natural native grasses & flowers and the animals including whitetail deer, blue birds and much more!
